At LqdCo, we’re committed to creating eco-conscious products you’ll love — but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you’re not fully satisfied, just reach out and we’ll be happy to help.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in good, unused condition
- Ideally returned in its original packaging
- A proof of purchase (like your order number or confirmation email) is needed
What Can’t Be Returned:
We try to be as flexible as possible, but some items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been heavily used or damaged after delivery
- Final sale or deeply discounted items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method — usually within a few business days.
Exchanges
Got the wrong item or received something damaged? No problem. We’ll happily send a replacement or help you exchange it for something else. Just email us and we’ll get you taken care of.
Return Shipping
We’ll cover return shipping costs if the issue is on our end (like a wrong or defective item). For all other returns, we ask that customers cover return shipping. We’re happy to help guide you through the easiest and most affordable return method.
